Non funziona

I installed this application yesterday to buy a ticket, it didn't work, I tried to find a route, something worked there, but it worked differently on a different phone than on mine. When I wake up today, the application doesn't even want to run, which is a pity because I wanted to buy a ticket.

It doesn’t work at all. Instead of being able to click anything, the app zooms in.

Even after putting random italian number, it wont let you do anything in the app. It was designed not to work, and they are happy about it. Dont bother installing it.

the app doesn't work at all. it's hard to find any stop, you can't scroll the map, you can't buy a ticket. only accepts the Italian number. waste of time.

Italian number required. Ok. Then it’s not possible to buy a ticket. I’ve been trying the whole day - it shows a bus as a progress bar and that’s it. All the time I see error “content not found” while just being in the main screen. Seems like a wasting government money. Tourists cannot buy tickets, don’t sell tickets (no idea why) offering to ride for free.

Italian phone number is required for the registration….

Ma che vi costa mettere gli orari complessi come era un tempo ESTATE-INVERNO Difficile fare di peggio, ma vi hanno anche pagato ????

Una volta validato il biglietto a volte non lo visualizza fra i “Biglietti Attivi”. Per ora non ho preso nessuna multa, spero risolviate il problema prima di allora. 👌 Se offrite un servizio del genere, dovrebbe essere una VERA alternativa al biglietto cartaceo.

In linea di massima l’app finalmente fa il suo lavoro, ma non capisco l’ultilità della mappa: la visuale si resetta in continuazione sulla propria posizione, ed è impossibile selezionare le fermate direttamente dalla mappa (un bug che quest’app si porta appresso da 10 anni ormai, e che non è mai stato fixato nonostante le lamentele).
