Roadside Assistance “Submit your request through the app”
I submitted a roadside assistance request through the app. I got a status of “in progress” and a reference number. I waited for an hour and called in finally just to find out nothing was on file or in place. Given there is no support for the app itself or any place to submit issues, this is literally the only way I can let you know of the bug in your app. Hopefully you can get this fixed and spare more people their time and frustration.
