Don’t waste your money there are ten times more drivers on platform than jobs posted. You will not get a job even with a lowest bid possible.

The demo you get before joining is very misleading it does not show you the bidding price for jobs in action , once you have paid your year subscription you soon realise that it’s a bid to the lowest price possible for the job posters it’s like a piranha pool as the platform has more drivers than jobs despite Cx saying the opposite. I realised this after the first week and stopped using the app after three weeks as it was clear that I could not make the money I needed too the platform is clearly designed for load posters to get the best possible price by flooding it with drivers despite what the Cx tells you ,if you post a job and one quotes £100 and another quotes £70 then 90% of shippers will pick the lowest price because they want to make money!!! A multi million pounds business and this thing is worse than a free weather app. Been the same for years and it's awful.

Cx serves as a solid courier platform, yet its overcrowded nature forces drivers to undercut their rates just to secure jobs. Unfortunately, this dynamic heavily favors companies, leaving drivers with the short end of the stick in terms of earning. Cx must address driver earning imbalance.

It is very rare you’ll get £1 a mile on this platform as there must be people willing to work for less there should be a minimum price per mile and also a maximum been on the app 6 months now and haven’t even made my money back I paid . This app is poorly run I’d stay well clear of this app

This apps always insufficient job for support the driver daily, you need to bid as low as the price to get the order, but after the cost (fuel, apps fee, insurance),the pay was lower than minimum wages, and you always sit on the Van over 2 hour to wait and bid the order. The courier companies want you to be a volunteer to work for them, this apps cannot to provide the win win situation between the courier companies and the driver. The apps company only increase the driver and get their money, but they haven’t increase the job opportunities for the drivers. I use this apps almost one year, and my salary was lower the minimum wages (after cost). I will not renew the apps and will find the other job. please don’t join this apps! Waste money and time

I joined this app in jan 2023, at the beginning was barely getting a job a day, now sometimes it’s 3-4 if you make £200 a day before fuel, insurance, cx app subscription and then tax ur lucky. I’ve seen some companies receive £280 for a 60 mile job and the pay the driver £40 to deliver it as backload. Another time was a driver bid £75 for 120 mile journey out of which £40 would have been spent on his fuel leave him £35 before tax etc for 2 and a half hours work. The courier companies literally want you to deliver for free This app needs to change because adding more drivers isn’t help current drivers as they are bidding so low it’s a joke, the app is taking 12 months upfront for a around £2500 and then you realise there’s not enough work and won’t get your money back. There’s a different app they use in Europe where the price of the load is shown before accepting the job, on this app you have to bid as low as possible and the wait for up to an hour to see if you get the job I haven’t seen many new positive comments regarding app which tells you a lot STAY AWAY
