It takes forever to load and I can’t see my schedule😠

When the app updated semi recently it made the whole experience way worse, it takes forever to load, and is overall way less efficient than it used to be. Instead of spending 2-3minutes to fill out an absence request it takes atleast 10-15minutes

After the new update, I love using the app!! It’s awesome!

I had a bunch put in before the 3.0 update and now I can't tell if they've been deleted or if I just can't see them!

Good app

I always check my timesheet using Cover so I can calculate what I’ll earn once payday rolls around, but ever since I updated the app, my timesheet has been ruined. For some shifts, it doesn’t show all the times I’ve clocked in and out (ex: shows clocked in once clocked out twice) and for some shifts, it doesn’t even say I worked that day which makes me extremely anxious. Please fix this. What I will say about the update is I like how I can now check who I am scheduled with (although seeing what hours they work instead of having to guess if I’ll actually work with them or if they’re just on morning shift would be nice).

The update is just too much. Not happy that I can no longer check my times during the shift I’m working either.

I’m unable to pickup shifts. It won’t even let me press the pickup shifts button. I only have this app becasuse it’s necessary for my job. It’s a waste of storage and still needs a lot of work.

Whenever I need to use this app it never works. The loading times take forever and once I'm finally at the page I need it won't show anything or none of the buttons work. The request an absence page is the worst with this issue. I can never click the select a date tabs when I need to request time off so instead of using the app I just ask my manager in hopes they remember. This app has the potential to be a good one but it still needs lots of work.
