İki gündür uygulamaya giriş yapamıyorum. Ne yaptıysam olmadı. Mail attım. Yardım istedim. Dönüş yapılmadı. Canlı chat ile yardım istedim onda da muhattap bulamadım. Zaten son zamanlarda level atlama sorunu da yaşadım. Onun için de yardım istedim ama sonuç yok. Senelerdir severek oynadığım bir oyundu ancak destek kısmı çok kötüymüş. Ne bir geri dönüş yaptılar ne de çözüm sundular. Tavsiye etmiyorum. Muadil oyun arayışındayım.

It’s not loading everything is so slow
One feature of the game is we’re able to borrow from our friends’ closet through facebook connection, which gets broken from time to time. Before EA acquires covet, we used to get good compensations after these glitches like free diamonds, cash, hair accesory credit, prop credit vs.. because playing without borrowing is a hard thing as covet is an expensive game. Anyways, Facebook connection was broken again last week for 7 days and everyone was expecting good compensation prizes for this but we woke up and see that all we got is meaningless tickets, (that can be earned free by voting in game) a %99,9 similar of a cape that we already have and extra closet value. We want you to know that we’re very frustrated by this compensation and not accepting this. We want to get back that extra cash and diamonds we had to spend because of this glitch. We want to get hair accessory or prop pack credits!
Covet Fashion’s business model should be taught in universities to exemplify corporate greed. This is a game in which you get no explanations from the devs when a fundamental feature is broken. Do not get me wrong, I do not blame customer support for this. They are just underpaid, over-working people. But the management team behind this game has been the most greediest one I have ever seen and I joke you not. I played many other games (including from EA). Management seems to have zero respect for their customer. It has always been like that. I started playing this game in 2016 I believe. I playet a bit and then quit (as I was not able to keep up with the game’s greed). I played casually time to time with years in between. I’m not a spender for this game. But people do spend. A considerable amount. And all they receive is disrespect. I am pretty sure the managers are doing evil laughs at their offices while drinking some French wine (they should try Italian). It’s a glitchy, buggy game that does not satisfy its customers, the rewards are not worth the work you put in. Get it if you need some toxicity in your life.
