The past issues from 1 year ago have been fixed, if you get the problem where you are attempting to connect internet and it connects you back to your home wifi. Just press and hold the two buttons again till it stops blinking then press and hold them again. This will turn the wifi back on from which you can reconnect in settings and then go to the app and finish connecting the internet.

Installed the Conway app and no problems installing it. Followed the instructions and everything is works perfectly. Great Product Coway!

*2 stars* for the app is my true rating. App Store does not allow send for bad star ratings. Once loaded, the app does provide remote control of the air purifier and that is one of the main reasons I selected this model. So far the graphing function and device management functions are also helpful and still work more or less. However, the app itself does freeze frequently. The graphing won’t work and resets of the prefer fail. This app has to be deleted from your phone and reloaded multiple times per month. Also, logout automatically dumps you so login has to be performed repeatedly each week.

Why does Coway advertise smart capabilities when it clearly doesn't invest in them? This app has zero development. It's riddled with bugs, logs out, runs slow, and is otherwise a terrible user experience. There are other air filters that offer a much better user experience or are cheaper with similar air filtration. Do not purchase this the smart Coway products if you are expecting a remotely passable smart experience.

Possibly the worst experience with an app and product at this price point. 400S. Tried over and over to connect to wifi but no dice. I wish I would’ve opted for the dumb version because the app is an idiot.

The app keeps logging you out every time. You need to keep changing passwords to merely control an air purifier and see redundant and superfluous information. This is a prime example of “smart” technology making life more difficult. People who designed buttons to push a hundred years ago were miles ahead of those designing this app. Download if you want to witness technological regression.

Consistently fails, loses your password, which you can’t reset. Makes the expensive purchase of mid air purifiers disappointing. Then you get to pay more and more for filters that continue to last less time.

Sort of worked for a year, random disconnects and a very disjointed login page but functional. There was an update 3 weeks ago and have repeatedly tried to reconnect and getting an error message each time. Also noticed they added a may not work with mesh wifi systems disclaimer to the last page of setup. It used to work with my eero system, now it doesn’t. So apparently they are regressing in internet access

I quickly found out why this app has one star. It constantly disconnects, doesn’t remember my registration or login and I have sign up again only to be told I already have an existing account. I tried my Apple ID, Google, and email address and it’s hit or miss everytime. At this point I may have multiple accounts with Coway. Very frustrating just trying to login. Then after you can get on, it doesn’t really have much utility if you own multiple units, some of which doesn’t have the wifi component. As someone who has an air filter in every room, but only 2 with wifi, it’s useless to know what’s happening in 2 rooms and not the others. Way too expensive to get everything with wifi. It should be worth noting that this app is no reflection of their actually air filter products. Their air filters are the only ones I own and some of the best out there. But their app has got to be one of the worse I ever used.

I love my Air Purifier but the app is unacceptable slow to load. It take a good 20 seconds to load before you can get to the settings and controls within the app. It takes less time to walk all the way across your house to manually press the button if you need to !
