We were out of service from July 31 to Aug 14 due to a downed cable line and power line. We resumed power to the house on Aug 5. Called Cox on the 5th to schedule time to get line fixed. They were to be out on 8/6 to fix. No show. Each day I messaged or talked to an agent to verify that tech would be out to our house the next day and every day they told me it was rescheduled for another day or two. But no one could tell me why. This went on from 8/6 to 8/14 and each time I called they tried to sell me new services or upgrades all during the time they could not fix my current issue. If someone would have told us upfront on Aug 6 it may be 1-2 weeks waiting period and why, that would have been more acceptable then cancelling our appointment everyday without telling us and moving it to another date and never showing up or getting a call. Even today when they came out we never got a call they were coming. Was very disappointed in how we were treated as a long time customer of Cox.
Waste of money
Horrible services!! Outages every other week for hours!!! The boxes(multiple) does not work. Rebooting and reset equipment numerous times and still at square one!! Currently looking for another service provider!!

No fuss no bother supa helpful people on the phones when you call…so easy to pay my bill … just a seamless service all round! Thank you for being so helpful, efficient and for making my life and millions of others I’m sure, so much easier!
Poor service
Inconvenience: Wi-Fi goes in and out whenever, for hours at a time, never get a explanation of what’s going on outside of “bad weather” days, you all “compensated” me by adding a credit I already had.
App no good
The “remember me” button on the Login page never ever remembers me. And “touch ID” never sets up. And it’s really too expensive for what you get. But you got the monopoly on this game so.
Ridiculous
Unfortunately, I was charged twice for an issue that was outside of my fault! Requested a new remote because, the old remote just stopped working! I was sent the wrong remote and charged twice!

WiFi is absolutely awful always dropping… are quick to want their money but never offers to credit for lost service… and WILL NOT work with u make a late payment
