I hate that there is a 6 camera limit and that only 3 can record. I hate that I constantly have to delete and reinstall the app for Face ID to work. I hate how long it takes to sign in and pull up the cameras. I hate how often the cameras are offline. I hate that certain sensors frequently need new batteries. I keep hoping things will get better but nothing has improved in the 5 years I’ve had it. I really should just forgo all the equipment I own and switch to a different company.

I can get into the cox app with no problem and see live camera but there I can’t delete videos. Only homelife can do change/remove videos.

Can’t even get passed the sign in even though everything was accurate

Have to uninstall then install to get face id unlock to work.

One star too many. App doesn’t work and technical support can’t troubleshoot because app doesn’t work. They keep sending out contractors to check the hardware, but the problem is the software. Thermostats are no longer manufactured so no longer supported by manufacturer. Whoever is the lead on the Homelife project should have been fired 5 years ago.

Always logged out, face id never works, cameras are glitchy, such an outdated app its awful. It’s so very clear the developers don’t care bc these comments are not new. In fact these type of comments go back years on here. I’m just writing this to make myself feel better at this point.

It dosent let me sign back in when i try to reset password and it asks for my username it either says username or password invalid, i even have a screen shot of my password and username because I usually forget.

This app is extremely frustrating! Every week or two it decides it no longer wants to work with Face ID and says to go in to you phone settings to make face of work again with the app. I have tried everything in my settings as far as resetting Face ID and it all comes down to I have to literally delete the app and reinstall it for Face ID to work on the sign on page (I don’t use it for my pin when I set the alarm, just the log in) I am getting so sick of having to do this multiple times a month. It is just annoying when I am running late and I have to fully type everything on just to log on. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

The Face ID feature rarely works. I have to delete the app and reinstall it in order to get it to work. That only lasts for a few uses, then I have to go through the whole rigmarole again. Aggravating.

Constantly resets my settings and makes me have to sign in even though i keep it on “keep me signed in”.. stupid app, stupider company
