CPH Airport

Downloaded the new version to allow “follow flight” as instructed. Now the app won’t allow login due to “network connection lost”. Have tried numerous times on wifi and 4g, connection issues are not on my side. Let’s hope the number plate recognition works at the parking lot because I have no access to the QR code without login! This it’s app is really poor!

Flight tracker doesn’t work parking doesn’t work nothing works…..it used to work and be great but now it’s a mess….

Appen är omständig. Jag har fått byta lösenord ett antal gånger. Nu stod där att dom hade problem med att ge ut nya lösenord. Den kunde varit bra om den fungerat.

I need easy and trustworthy booking for parking in order to avoid to miss my flight in time, as the parking situation in Copenhagen airport hasn’t followed the last years extreme growth of CPH. It’s bad for the future if you don’t get the CPH Airport app to work. I’ve got several contacts, who can fix the app - why you don’t fix this which is crucial if Copenhagen want to be number one compared to Malmöe Stockholm and Hamburg. 95% av sökningarna slutar med"det finns ingen ledig parkering" fast att det finns lediga platser. När man väl lyckats få sökningen att fungera måste man mata in alla personuppgifter på nytt, trots att man är inloggad. Qr koden går inte längre att lägga i wallet och i bekräftelsemailet har man tagit bort länken för att ladda kod till wallet. Slutsats: appen är kass och har inga fördelar. Boka via webb och printa qr-kod är nu enda lösningen som funkar. Riktigt uselt

After updated the app it crash directly

Try to recover your account and you will get the message that they will send you a recovery mail - which doesn’t happen no matter how many times you retry to revover.👎👎
