The new website is poor when is switch over my membership was cancelled I had to pay full price my membership as been sorted now but waiting to refunded me the over charged. The app if you look at the delivery status you can’t go back to shop I got to switch phone off & switch back on to look again.

Absolutely hopeless I couldn’t find anything of the products I was looking for finally found one collection put it in my basket went back to add something else and the collection I had put in my basket was gone sick of it deleted the app.

It’s just impossible to see what is on a show as a list of items that can be purchased. Needs a shop the show service. I wouldn’t even give it one star if I could. Would just like to be able to buy easily from the app when watching a show. Hopeless!!

You are going to lose a lot of custom with this app. If I could I would give no stars. It’s a shame but giving up and deleting app.

Have downloaded the app and can not figure out how to order. Completely rubbish

Advertised on create and craft tv to download the app onto your Apple TV but it’s not compatable and doesn’t appear on the appletv App Store.

Since the change of the app I love the exclusive content and playlist on the app!
