要註冊就卡在第一關 用信箱收驗證碼就一直失敗 註冊到生氣不想用了
逛賣場一直閃退
點進去看商品有的會一直閃退

客服處理方式不當
使用程式包車，結果遭司機惡意丟包，已與客服聯絡並說明情況，卻沒有保障消費者權益。 在確認班機延誤時在還沒出發前就先與司機聯絡，到了當地已出現在約定集合地點卻沒有看到任何有關同行友人名字的牌子且打電話給司機卻不接電話（在集合地點繞了好幾圈），最後因航班延誤，航空公司那邊提供了免費的機場巴士才得以回到飯店。 上了機場巴士後司機才來與我們聯繫，並拍了一張背對我們名牌的照片過來，但我們在現場卻都沒有看見！但客服卻說司機是寫雙面的。 有需要包車機場接送的消費者在麻煩留意！一點也不推！
沒辦法用臉書登入
更新完後要使用臉書登入，一直反覆再同個頁面打轉，登不進去（帳號密碼是對的）

1.在韓國訂外賣結果來的是別的客人的外送 2.團購明明比別人早下單確被取消
無故取消訂單？
要去韓國拍證件照 當下可以預約兩個時段 有預約成功 也扣款了 開了發票 兩天後通知 只剩一時段？？？ 那為何當初要給我預約成功？？ 為何兩天後才告知？？ 信件中告知兩天沒回會自動取消 請問一般人會天天看信件嗎？ 直到收到發票折讓 價錢取消才發現 要在預約直接說系統關閉 只能約下禮拜 貴公司也無法處理：） 爛透了
