Soon as you go to sign up, it wants you to input your phone number but it’s expect a US phone number and you see $ signs as you scroll down from there instead of £.

Wants utility bills, social, and bank statements. Not worth my time. I want my 15 minutes back I wasted on this nonsense app.

I’m a graduating student, and got an amazing interest rate and quick financing approval on my car due to this card! It’s so helpful for young people like students.

Statements (both deposit account and credit card) no longer allow pinch to zoom so you can actually read smaller print like it used to before. This is an issue on iOS 18.2. You need to integrate basic transaction notification/listing into the Wallet app. ApplePay wallet integration is basically kind of useless without at least those basics! Every time the app is restarted, the support tickets in Help are reset to “Unread”. You also can’t delete old tickets you no longer want to keep. This needs to be fixed! Also, why do you drag your feet with mailing out new cards?!

I wish they would at least put what each feature is instead of their futuristic names they use for everything. I have to guess what each thing is all the time when navigating the app.

Every time I try to login, it says not connected to the Internet when I have full service 5G. Please fix this so I can access my bank info.

I’ve been using cred.ai in place of my traditional credit card accounts for over two years now; everything from online purchases to car rentals and even international travel. The app is well designed, reliable, and easy to use, allowing access to many innovative and useful features (too many to list here) that you wouldn’t normally find as part of a standard credit or bank account. It’s also worth mentioning that unlike other providers operating in this particular fintech space, cred.ai issues a legitimate credit card backed by an established and trusted bank (WSFS) — you can use it anywhere that accepts credit cards without fear of running into problems (markedly different from the so-called “credit cards” offered by Chime, for example, which have now been blacklisted by almost every major car rental company).

I only put 5% of my paychecks n this account and used the debit card regularly for small purchases and my credit score went up 34points in about 6 weeks.. Definitely recommend this!!!
