Easy to follow steps
Scanning
Passport front page scanning doesn’t happen. Tried a several times.
Doesn’t work
Impossible to finalize identity check. Had to use another platform. Would give error message after error message. Eventually could not get passed one of the verification stage as it constantly gave the error message « sorry there’s been a problem please contact support » even after restarting all over again from start several times, uninstalling reinstalling, on different days… frustrating and what a waste of time!!! Worked RIGHT AWAY with the other platform….

Very bad app..

The picture taken was resized to be unreadable. That is, it was zoomed out to be further than shown on the phone. Also, the words to this review don’t show up on my screen.
Selfie picture
Not easy to complete using an iPad. Difficult to point a finger to the eye, hold the iPad to centre face on target area, and press the take button at the same time. The program needs to include a picture take delay feature to facilitate easier use.
Really hard to upload documents
The space provided is not true to size so it is difficult to upload accurate photos
Scanning was quite tricky
Had several tries at scanning my passport for the chip and failed
