Ever since the update ive been logged out of my account have called multiple times and they cant seem to get me in and to wait a few days try again its been 3 weeks now same results ive missed payment because of this. Really not cool.

Doesn’t allow cc payments without separate account set up, which doesn’t work.

This app used to be glitchy, then it got better. Seems like it’s back to it’s old state

This app has no functionality as far as I can tell. I got it specifically so I could make payments on my CUD loan and that is not even an option.

It’s frustrating when you make a mobile deposit and there is no record of it. You have to go back at a later date to verify that the check deposit went through. It should show up in the app immediately and if the funds are not available then make it show pending. But any transaction made should be documented immediately. This is unacceptable for a banking app to allow a lapse in tracking your information.

I am unable to complete a mobile deposit. The terms and conditions pop up, and when I click agree, they pop up again. It keeps happening in an endless loop. Please correct.

Super easy to log in and use my account

Seems like the last OSX update broke Face ID in this app..now it’s just manual login which is such a PITA.
