What sort of irresponsible behavior is this?? I downloaded the App, fixed it up and applied for a loan and you guys asked i input the bank verification and all Which i gladly did and when it got to the point of verification the camera refused coming up! I’ve been trying it for days!! Yet the camera is just blank and refused coming up!!! This is RUBBISH

This app is a big scam they will deceive you with high loan amount and convince you to deposit 1k if u Mumu do am next one is investment 30k and you can withdraw from the app i have been trying to remove my money it’s showing me invalid transaction pin and am 100% sure I know the pin I even reset the password but still I can’t withdraw is alway invalid pin useless scammers

Couldn't upload my bank statement the platform for verification keeps hanging, poor app interface and the place provided for chat isn't coming up

I deposited money to check my loan limit the app showed that I have been credited but the money isn’t reflecting on my balance I fall for another app again 🤦‍♂️

Don’t bother downloading, they are just looking for people’s money, this is a savings bank not any Yeye credit App, no mind them, they won’t give you any credit or whatsoever, even their referrals too, very stressful messed up App 🤮🤮

You can’t reach the customer service either switch off or not available I feel like it’s actually a scam and people are imputing their details I don’t think the app deserve more than one star

Why isn’t the facial recognition to take a selfie not working upon signing up? It’s been the same since last week. After completing 90% of the signup process, I can’t complete the facial recognition, kindly fix this.
