It takes way too much time needed for a blood report to get ready more than 4days .Unlike other labs are quiet convenient like the Lal path atleast they let you know by when the result will be provided .I believe they do not value others time.Pathetic

Very pathetic app. Cannot change appointment. Cannot see the paid appointment. The booked appointment date is wrong . Cannot contact for help !

iPhone 13 pro , app password update not working when installed and open first time

It takes time to understand how to log-in pls work with your development team and have the app. easy enough to use in-short make the app user friendly, if it’s not possible don’t write Made in india it passes wrong information to user. I know what indian are capable with respect to deliverance. also you guy need to check with your lab team how the analysis are done. Just for your knowledge if i’m negative 3hr back how on earth it is possible during Rapid test will give you positive result which means one can’t board the flight, moreover on the very next day other lab result is Negative and ok to fly. Guys understand there is hard earn money which is getting wasted because of someone negligence REQUESTING KINLD LOOK INTO THE MATTER IT IS A CONCERN THAT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED.

Probably they themselves never did testing of the app … it just does not work

It takes the OTP, asks to get a new password and gets stuck. Absolutely horrible app.

Doesn’t work!! Takes the OTP and keeps going back to the number and gives another Otp When will organizations be professional! The focus is only making short term money
