Cannot pay with bank app in this app. Frustrating after trying multiple times. The wheel just keeps on spinning… worthless

Impossible to pat with bankcontact. The app does not switch over to the bank app....

It has always been the case and does not seem to change or matter: queuing in non ventilated overheated staircases.

Certainly the worst app ever! Full of inconstancies and bugs

Volledig waardeloos, aan deze app heb je werkelijk niets. Er werd zelfs niet de moeite gedaan om alles correct in het Nederlands te vertalen.

Réplique du site internet sans intérêt. Nombreux bugs, impossible de payer en ligne avec Bancontact ou Visa. Bref, à l’image du low cost malheureusement …

Buggy and problematic app.

A complete disaster and waste of time for consumers and money for the company (probably a developer charged not more than €1k). Cannot process the reservation and payment at all. Constantly blocked when the app ‘tries’ to connect to my bank account. Could you please just remove this from the App store?
