It’s not working on my iPhone. It says “requires IOS 13.0 or later” which I don’t have (in IOS.12) It’s still the old app for me which doesn’t work. Please fix this or something

Had this problem last year. 12 months later still not fixed. It is impossible to purchase membership via the app because it doesn’t recognise my age even though my DOB is shown on my profile. Also cannot create a ticketing account via the app. Completely pointless, have to use the website or phone the box office every time.

This app is the best for keeping up with scores, signings and much more. I’m a big palace fan and If I could I way old rate it a 10/10! 🦅🔴🔵

I would give the app 5 out 5 but I only gave it 3, reason being I would like to be able to turn my phone or tablet to landscape and have the pictures automatically become a bigger size! Other than that it’s a great app

App has significantly improved in layout and content over last 18 months. Could be a bit slicker for iPad but otherwise a good experience.

This app clearly didn’t go through UAT. It’s fine as a marketing tool, but pretty useless from a user perspective.

CPFC have up dated their app. Does not work on my phone as it’s an iPhone 5 and does not meet the requirements for the new app.

The old Palace app. loaded immediately and news items were ready to be read. This updated app. takes soooo long to load that I just give up, swipe the app. away and do something more productive.
