Очень понравилось приложение, оплатил подписок после пробного периода, и теперь приложение не работает

Купил pro статус, а подписка не открылась, выдает ошибку!

The app does not work. Literally every button is behind a paywall.

Paid for the subscription and can’t use the app. 24 hours later, nothing. Email has been verified, still doesn’t work. Tried to refresh the account, nothing. Tried to contact support and it says the page doesn’t exist. Ive used this app a few years ago and enjoyed it. Now it feels like a scam.

You will subscribe to this service but won’t be able to use the app. They have no problem stealing your money.

Wanted to sign up for our gym. Was easy to sign up, but couldn’t easily pull workout info online. Also missing a lot of simple programming like the daily strength or skill work from the website. Honestly just very disappointed. Site needs work.

Hi there! I love your app, however lately it's been resetting to the 'mindset' section of the training section each time I save my results for a given piece of training. It's rather annoying, can this be looked into, please? Thank you!

What happened to the Free track? I understand you want to cater to higher level CrossFit athletes with the Simplified tracks, but what about those of us that train just as hard with the Free track? You’re just going to cut us off like that?

I have used my free account on this app for well over a year. Now I can’t access anything because i can’t bypass the screen prompting me to upgrade to one of two new pro tracks. I tried deleting and reinstalling but it still only gives me the option to upgrade. I understand that a free account will have limited features but now to not have any access- why have a free track at all? I’ll be looking for a new training app.
