Can somebody please amend the error in Level 5978 the ice-cream truck has no way of exiting, I mean it’s bad that some levels are repeated on different occasions but this is pretty obvious yeah!

Card collections
I have found in the higher levels that it’s rare to get new cards to complete a collection! I have so many of the same ones all the time! Not a big deal but thought you might like to know!
Fun
I really like this game. It’s one of my favourites. It would be helpful to have more strategic instructions. Also a simple game can have 50 attempts and a hard game might only have 30 attempts. That can b frustrating.

My family are always saying “she’s playing her game again “ lol that’s because I can’t sit and do nothing . Some levels are really hard but I keep going, I have never spent a cent on extra things to do with this game . Keep up the good work fantastic game Regards Sally ( mum and granny )

I love this game but am disappointed that despite countless attempts at reporting a fault in the program not always adding the correct number of collectable bonus items to the accumulated total of bonus items in a time limited event where you get rewards when you reach each of the three levels of accumulated items collected the support team refuses to pass the complaint on to the developers unless I supply video captured evidence of the error occurring during play. The error results in being cheated out of receiving the offered rewards you actually achieve but don’t get credited to the total. This happens every time this one particular time limited event type is featured.
Months no Ads now Ads
I have been playing this game literally forever, and never had any ads, never had to pay to stop ads. This morning I login and I have an icon saying no ads and they want me to pay? I’m at level 1260 I played one game and got an ad yet previously have never had an ad. I already pay money to buy coin and now they want me to pay money to stop ads literally a disgrace! Why after all this time am I now having to pay to block ads?

Love the game but just lost my 1.5 years of progress
I love this game. It’s my relaxing time. I just updated the game and was directed to login with apple and now I’ve lost my team, my level and it makes me sad😳. I’m hopeless with logins. Was hoping that you guys could recommend a way for me to get my history back. 🙏. Keep up the good work Kerry
Too many ads
Fin game but the ads drive you crazy
Update issues
Addictive and fun game and I’m in champions level, but every time I do an update it drops me back to the previous level where it takes me a few days before I’m back in champions level. Also no more card collections to assist with rewards, and the chat box is dreadful, difficult to type in and views same chat multiple times.
