I love this app from the beginning till now. It’s simple and straightforward. Unfortunately, some folks dislike it. Such is life. Not all will like everything. However, this new update didn’t fix the glitches. Most times when you click on an intervention to open, it wouldn’t open and send the rest of interventions far below, like making the rest disappear. Please work on it. I still love this app.

If I could give it zero stars I would this app is very time consuming, it kicks you before completing a task, it flags you if you put the same times for certain things there is so many negatives things to say about this app and ZERO positives

This app is not user friendly and very time consuming … I feel like I am triple documenting…. the scrolling dial for time is horrid , you would think by clicking the clock beside will grab time NOOPEEEEEEE… this app and program is not good … the only positive is it will add up your ml input and output …now I see why it’s rated 2 stars… listen to all the reviews from patient care givers and re program your system read your reviews

Can you update the app icon to work with the dark icons?

This is by far The WORST medical app I’ve ever tried to use. It crashed 36 times in one 12 hour shift ! It has been getting worse each day. It is unbelievable. Now, I can’t even clock in 😡🤬😡🤬

Whoever the engineer was who coded this should be fired immediately. Borderline pathetic application, which does not promote ease of use or client data protection. If investigated this system will likely be shut down/forced to make immediate adjustments.

Not perfect as none that I’ve used thus far for charting has been. Stable, and easy enough to navigate. Cons. Times can’t overlap between treatments or it’ll be rejected. But if you think about it, this makes sense. Can you simultaneous give a PO medicine and an oral medication? Not on my planet.

Not sure why it gets so much hate. It’s pretty simple, never had a crash or anything. You’re tapping to chart. 5/5 in my book.

Very slow and repetitive.Takes too much time to load to even begin to chart.

I bought an iPad mini because I thought it’s going to be a lot easier. However, this is the outdated version of the application. It does not work as intended. My galaxy S24 ultra works a lot better than this. It has been almost a year since the last update of the iPad version of this.
