The app won’t let me login to my account. It keeps saying my password is incorrect, but when I login to my account online or the other banking app it works just fine. I remember having this app when I first opened my account and it worked well, but one day it logged me out and I wasn’t able to login anymore. I had hoped it gotten fixed within the past 3 years, but guess not.
App is always down which is pretty inconvenient.
The app is not letting in to lock my card or unlock it sometimes and I have to uninstall to get it to do that. HORRIBLE FIX THE BUGS!!!
App is not working and there are no updates…
I’ve never been truly happy with my financial institutions before. Credit Union of Colorado is great. The apps and online banking work are easy and work really well
App doesn’t work with the latest version of IOS or something. Will not let me turn on any functions for my cards such as, transaction notifications, declined notifications, low balance, etc. please fix this as it helps me keep track of what I am spending and it lets me know once transactions process.
Installed and set it up, and now all I now get when opening the app is sorry unable to process, try again later. Every single time. Have tried removing and reinstalling and it still happens. Not worth it. Disappointing.
I have been trying to access the card app all week and I keep getting - "Error: Sorry, we are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later." This is NOT a maintenance issue because I've been trying everyday at different hours and always the same message! I locked my cards and now I’m unable to UNLOCK THEM!!! Why isn't the card control feature available on the website?!?! Two apps from CUOFCO, one for banking and one for card controls, ZERO integration between the two and ZERO option to access to card control feature on the main website = HUGE FAIL!!!
Downloaded when it first came out never could get it to work no matter what I tried. Just deleted it
I keep getting alerts that my balance is $0, or some other very low amount!! Log into my account and that is not the case! What even is the point of this app? Why wasn't the limited functionality of this app just added to their mobile banking app?
