I’ve started using the Curable app a couple of weeks ago and I’m starting to see some improvements! 👍🏻 Now I feel like I’m in charge! 💪🏻

At the beginning, I found this appli very intelligent and useful, with very good exercices and scientific information. It gives the good amount of information for someone suffering from chronic pain and cognitive tiredness, and it looks guilt-free and encouraging to cope with the pain. The explanations and neurological explanations are correct, up-to-date, and relevant. The VERY BIG and UNACCEPTABLE ERROR is the “psychological” part, which is relevant in theory, but dangerous for suffering people to whom the same unconstructive speech is systematically held. Moreover, the “educative” psychological part, unlike other parts of this application, overwhelms the suffering person with a quantity of information that, as the app explains so well in its neurological aspect, cannot be processed by the suffering patient’s brain. This app therefore does exactly the opposite of what it advocates, and can be destructive for patient. This app is an excellent addition to my recovery toolbox. I worked consistently over the years using the biopsychosocial model of healing but recently I had a nasty setback and felt I needed a fresh approach to healing. Within 2 weeks of using the Curable app my relapse subsided and I was 9 out of 10 pain free. I would highly recommend this app. It’s great value…much cheaper and more effective than traditional therapy in my opinion. Or used in conjunction with other therapies. Keep an open mind and give it a try.

Curable renferme un programme d’exercices et des podcasts pour vous aider à vaincre les traumas qui peuvent contribuer à vos douleurs chroniques. L’anglais est clair et accessible, pas besoin d’un niveau parfait. Note to the owner: it’d be great to have a French version of the app as it’d be life changing for so many people. Thank you!

Trust yourself! If you have found Curable, chances are it’s right for you. Why? Because only you know your pain and all the different medical professionals trying to help you are doing their best but they are working from a limited toolkit since most went to school before the newest pain research was available. If you do one thing for yourself just please fully commit to this.

I originally started Curable in June 2020 when I was struggling with chronic migraines that had me on disability from work and in pain 24/7. I had been seeing doctors and trying medications and treatments and nothing was working. I listened to one of the testimonials within the app and it struck home so hard, that I knew I was in the right place. I found relief slowly but consistently, and I had my last migraine in 2021. It has been almost 3 years since my last migraine and even if I got another one, I know 100% that it is emotionally related, and that it can go away completely. This app saved my life, and healed a myriad of other chronic symptoms I had been having as well including interstitial cystitis, pelvic pain, tendon pain, blepharitis, chronic UTI’s, and more. Curable led me on a journey that changed my relationship with myself, and I recommend this app to anyone who is struggling with chronic symptoms!

Careful with the trial period, you’ll be stuck with a subscription. If you contact support gets you an automated response that you’ll hear back in 24-72 hours, which is a lie. A week has gone by and nada.
