Super easy to use - I found a carer for mum on the same day

Curam care has been invaluable in helping me find the right carer but the app is absolutely useless for anything else. Payment system doesn’t work on IOS at all

Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t I’ve had random irrelevant messages pop up and other messages just disappear

carers came and violated my privacy going through and taking pictures of medication which he denied, carers have over charged, charging above the rates they advertised so please be careful about this if you choose curam, they also leave before the end of shifts, i have paid for 3hours care now that i have not received because they leave when they feel like it, the carers are very manipulative and operate under different names, this company make me feel sick, they have causes me distress, taken advantage of my vulnerabilities, behaved unreasonable, violated my little self worth i do have, i would look at the carers on curam and make your own mind up, but i would advise extreme caution and avoid where possible, this company should not be in business, they are disgusting.

I found the curam care app invaluable in helping find care very last minute for my father. We needed help very quickly and was slightly hesistant at first using an app to find carers but everyone we found turned out to be amazing. My father sadly died and we had a service agreement already paid for two waking nights. I presumed getting a refund would be troublesome but sent through the details and was refunded within an hour. Absolutely great service and thanks for making a tough time that little It less stressful.
