Current Altitude

Das der GPS Empfänger des iPhones nicht sehr genau ist weiß man ja. Aber warum diese App meinen Standort mal eben um ca 350m tiefer legt verstehe ich nicht. Dazu braucht sie noch ewig. Wird wieder gelöscht.

schade, da will man mit transwarp um die ecke duesen und jean-luc fragt: WHAT IS THIS? zu viele abstuerze und ich glaube nicht, dass mein garten 300 meter unter normal-null liegt. kann verbessert werden. oder, was meinst du, jean-luc? MAKE IT SO!

I’m using this altimeter to find a couple hundred elevations on a five acre building lot. It has enough accuracy to get a real good set of elevation points for a drainage map. I like the quick reaction to changes in elevation. It’s better than two other elevation apps I tried.

I have used this as we have crossed the country and during my time in Florida. It is amazing how much of this state will be under water in the next 30 or 40 years.

I give this app an A+.
