App not working
App is not working in iOS 16.7.10 it’s a shame because before was working fine, and now I can’t use it. Hope the dev will fix this
Service is decreasing
There is no support if you have problems. Used for years…now it is unusuable! I was a fraud victim… They haven’t respond for more than 15 days…and counting!! For no reason what so ever the card that I had associated stop working. 2 month on waiting a response! Use Revolut…
Worst service ever
The card was blocked for 1 month in which I can't cancel my subscription because the app avoid it, even though I request support trough the app they still haven't cancel my subscription

Tenho a conta fechada há 1 mês, e não resolvem a situação
Dá muitas vezes erro
Sempre que uso a app dá erro se quiser trocar de cartão ou fazer um gbit. Estou a tentar adicionar um cartão novo e ainda não consegui porque dá sempre erro. Contactei o suporte e disseram para re-instalar a app. Apaguei e instalei novamente, mas agora nem me permite registar a password, pois aprece sempre o erro de “Something’s gone wrong “ e não passa disso. Podia ser uma boa app se funcionasse. Mas dando tanto erro, não passarei da versão free. Tenho ios e tudo atualizado.
Cashback feature need improvement
Cashback feature need improvement It should be possible to change the chosen shops at any time. For now we have to open a support ticket to do that. Also higher percentage would be nice, 1% is very low.
Pagamentos recusados
O conceito da aplicação é muito bom mas não é confiável. Adicionei os meus cartões à app e na primeira compra que tentei efetuar o dinheiro foi debitado da conta de origem mas o pagamento foi recusado no terminal. Parece haver comerciantes que não aceitam esta tecnologia
