I really wanted to like it but after having to redo it 5 times and it still being wrong, I just cannot. First few were me navigating poorly, clicking outside boxes and dropping details. Another was me updating my details reverting everything back to the template. The fourth was attempting to adjust the company details on my cover letter (btw you have to put a gender and hiring person’s name or it has a melt down too). Last attempt, I tried to correct incorrect punctuation in my 2nd paragraph of the cover letter. 🤬🤬🤬 I am done and wouldn’t recommend. I now need to rewrite it all elsewhere anyways

This app works so poorly, I redid the same text over 4 times before it resetting again and me giving up, expecting the same would simply happen again. I do not recommend this app, it works very poorly.

I spent over an hour trying to write my cover letter, and once I was completed it erased everything I wrote and reverted back to the example text.

This app is frustrating. The design templates are nice looking, but as prior user/s have mentioned…it all falls apart…you have to edit paragraphs through boxes and when you move to the next box, your prior entered text gets deleted with no way to revert. I test software as a full time job and this wouldn’t pass the most basic test case/test planning. It’s buggy and not very usable. You’re better off typing your Cover Letter or Resume in Word or even in a plain text editor. They want $40/year for this app? Uh, no.

This app is absolutely amazing, of course there might be fee’s but I definitely recommend this app.

Wasted an hour and still I don’t have a cover letter

This app is so buggy and wasted hours of my times because it does NOT save what I input. It reverts back to the filler information and when I hit export to save my cover letter, it crashes and closes the app without saving anything I put.

Love this app. Helped me put together a great resume and cover letter.

I was not able to upload my photos. Every time I selected a photo, there was nowhere to take it. No next button or anything to select it and move forward. I also had to rewrite my whole resume after spending tons of time writing it… it just disappeared and nothing saved. I would also fix the information about the company. It makes you enter information about the hiring company/manager, and for people who are submitting applications online or dropping a resume off a particular point of contact may not be applicable. Please fix it, this could be a great app if executed properly.
