App locks my account
Every time I try to use the app, I get a message that my account has been locked and I must reset the password (yes, I’m putting in the correct password - I can be logged in on my laptop with the same password that gives me the lock message on the app). If I go through that process it will let me in, but it’s ridiculous to have to reset my password every time. I usually just avoid the app, but mobile deposit only works for me using the app, not the website. Very frustrating.
