The old app worked perfectly. I upgraded to the new app and can’t add either of my two clips. Tried multiple phones Android and iPhone nothing works. Now I can’t get the old app back

App is constantly logging me out of my account and for some reason uses an obscene amount of data — hundreds of MBs of mobile data used up in the background for no reason. I could go on, but by far the biggest fault is that it always fails to send a Sensorsafe alert when it should, which is the only point of this app in the first place.

If you use the app for the sensor safe notifications there is no option to only have those. You will get push notifications for marketing purposes (sales etc). It’s extremely irritating

It’s impossible to do anything in this app expect click through the steps of what it offers or skip it. Either way you land on “create” or “join” an account when you already have one. So getting alerts for your device but the app simultaneously isn’t acknowledging that you have one in the app. It’s so frustrating that something so expensive doesn’t work well. And when you’re trying to move fast with kids, this is impossible to do with this app.

I have the sensor safe clip & dongle version and this app is unable to find the bluetooth devices. All permisions was allowed and the instructions followed step by step but looks like I’m using an incompatible app.

We used to have a previous app. And it worked well. This one constantly tell us that the kid is in the car when we all are driving. Or it tells me that the kid is buckled when we left the car with the kid. I’m receiving a bunch of falls alarms. Which by the end make those features useless because when something really happens I’ll just automatically ignore it 😒 there is something about the Bluetooth connection I feel.

New app doesn’t work with my seat. I just re submitted a request to customer service for help since my previous one went unanswered. Had to come to the reviews to troubleshoot the problem

None of the join family emails match what the app says. It hasn’t been proofread or tested.

It never works when you need it to work

It used 2gb of 5g data in single month period. Terrible . Had to block data usage in the app for now. This should be fixed asap.
