Difficult to setup for first time. Buggy management of family members - can’t edit or create new entry if person is already a member. Invitations never arrived. Notifications on phone ok. Summary - useless.

All notifications and alerts only show up on the phone itself and do not come through the car’s audio system or screen. This means that when you’re driving and a child unbuckles the SensorSafe clip you won’t know a thing about it. I have tried both Bluetooth and Apple Car Play but nothing comes through. The product promises much but it consequently fundamentally flawed. This surely can and must be fixed by Cybex and the developers. It just needs a Car Play App which pushes alerts to pop up like text message notifications or phone calls.

The app update now forces users to go to the new app, but the new app doesn’t work so the sensor safe is now useless.

It all started with the Aton m car seat and the balios stroller. We ended up buying the cot/bassinet for the stroller. Once our first born was too big for his car seat we upgraded that to the sirona s gold. The joy on not only us parents face but my sons face as well said it all. But when word of our second being on the way came we immediately made arrangements to upgrade for our gazelle double stroller along with the second seat. And also made an immediate purchase of a second sirona s gold car seat for my daughter because of how pleased everyone has been so far. When it comes to the kids safety and comfort cybex I feel is the best bang for your buck.

I used to like this app when I first got my babies 360, up until the company of this app renamed it and switched to CYBEX, it’s been TERRIBLE. I can’t remember the name of the one before, but the app is constantly going off, implying that it is connected when the baby has already been in the seat for a few minutes. I have two of these seats so it’s 2x as bad. I can’t enjoy a drive because it constantly and randomly will make a loud noise and scare us while driving

This app & car seat is incredible. I’m so glad I spent the extra money to get it.

The app right now alerts me that my baby is still in the car even with the sensor unbuckled and her with me wherever we’re headed. Apparently I need to contact someone about it and see if there’s some fox for my “type of phone” but I’m currently really wishing I hadn’t paid extra for this currently obnoxious, unhelpful feature. Also, I have none of my family added as additional alerts. The “we tried to alert your family but your basically have none” notification is definitely not the type of a thing a single parent wants to see and seems a little tone deaf. In general, I’m disappointed with a very expensive car seat feature. If I had known I would be regretting sensorsafe 48 hours in, I would’ve saved myself $100 with another seat that she would be just as happy with.

The biggest problem I have with this app is the constant high temperature alerts. I actually find myself keeping the app closed because of the frequency of the alerts. The alert has no bearing on the outside air or the car’s ambient temperature. I can not find any information on how to correct or recalibrate this.

I appreciate the idea behind the app but it CONSTANTLY goes off saying “child in vehicle” when I am with him (with 6 inches) and even after he’s been removed from his car seat and the buckle is no longer engaged. Using the Stop feature doesn’t work.

As a first time parent, I thought this would be super useful and prevent me from accidentally leaving my child in the car. Boy was I wrong! Instead it just aggravates me beyond belief. It is too dumb to actually be useful. We went to the zoo and connected the car seat to our stroller, every time my wife was more than 5 feet away from me with the stroller, a robot voice would yell that my baby was left in the car. You can tell the app to snooze, but 90 seconds later it will yell at you again. I disconnected the seat and I’m deleting the app.
