Worst software I’ve ever tried to use. Renders these expensive devices totally useless. Just turning them on is an exercise in frustration, and getting them to sync and record is almost impossible.

I paid lots of money for this camera and the new update removed the Strava editing. Please explain why you removed the Strava editing.

The batteries drain fast even if you aren’t using the device so it’s often not going to useful for a ride unless you charge right before. Have the hardest time connecting the phone app and can spend 10 mins trying to do so. Regret purchasing and don’t bother using anymore.

I have recently bought a fly12ce but there’s not a way to view your videos on app. The only way to view videos based on cycliq forums is to remove the sd card. Consider this when buying.

Can not get this app to work on any cycliq camera. I see the phone appear in the wifi but it doesn’t record any videos.

Excited to get my new Fly 6 Pro given how crazy drivers are nowadays. Camera seems fine, records for hours on end, has two bright flashing red lights you can turn on for safety, and footage (downloaded to computer with cable, as this app does not seem to allow the promised wireless video file connection) seems sharp. The app is buggy: cannot activate button to update firmware, for one. Also, inconsistent and frustrating to connect iPhone to camera to access video files, which is one big feature of this new camera.

I would love to like this product and company as they seem to be the only option for a combo light/camera. sadly, the service and support is the worst I’ve ever encountered for cycling products and close to the bottom for every service experience I’ve ever had. Support materials describing how to do various normal functions are either baffling, missing, or flat wrong. That might be tolerable if I could get meaningful support through a company, communications channel, but the support people I’ve spoken to there have preferred to spend their time telling me why I’m wrong, and then offering to do nothing. The shoulder shrugging a difference I get is unbelievable, It doesn’t help that they’re located in Australia and have a 12 hour time difference with the US. I’m fine with dealing with credible that aren’t located here but in most cases companies make some arrangement to be more responsive. This is particularly weird as I would imagine the US is a top market for them. So as I started with, I would love to say these guys do a great job, and I’m delighted with her products and their support, but they’ve got a long journey ahead to get to that.
