Bikes are amazing, customer support is fast and very helpful even late at night. 10/10 would recommend!

The bikes almost never unlock, customer service isn’t available 24/7 even though the bikes are unlockable at all hours.

Too expensive. It's cheaper to get a Spark or one of those mini scooters. Also the set up is a paaaaaain in the....someone really should streamline the UI and set up gpay or apple pay. Otherwise it's quite fun.

Great idea, unfortunately the bikes don’t seem to be serviced very often or at all. In the past 2 weeks 4 out of 5 bikes I tried to rent had issues. Hope you start servicing them more often, so they can be actually used and not just decay and become another piece of trash in the city :)

terrible app, never use it, it lags, doesn't let you rent a bike, doesn't let you complete your trip and just takes your money.

Why are some neighborhoods privileged to have Cyrcl and not others? Why are Mladost, the business park, and other east neighborhoods deprioritized? The area is flat there.
