To register, the App emails you an authentication code, but you have only 60 seconds to enter the code after you request one. My email never loads quickly enough. Plus, after 5 requests, you have to wait until the next day to try again. I still have not been able to register. They seriously need to increase the window to enter the code. At least give people 3 minutes. 60 seconds is ridicuous. If I can’t register, I’m returning the entire scanner. Kind of lame that the company risks losing business just becasue their App doesn’t give people enough time to enter an authenticaiton code.

Not even allowing to register even though you provide all details as mentioned, it keeps complaining to have 8-20 characters letter and number combinations for password. It’s a waste of time and energy.

How do you scan a QR code on the bottom of your scanner when it doesn’t come with one? I bought the ET 16+ and hope to use it with my iPhone no dice. This is very upsetting.

I bought a Shine Ultra Pro hoping I could use my iPad. Guess not.

First ET18 Pro not supported in MAC OS Monterey then I can not pair my iPhone CZUR App with scanner. ????????

It won’t send the authorization code to my email no matter how many times I refresh. I have looked in both the regular inbox and the junk box for the emails. We need more time than 60 seconds to register.

How am I supposed to register when they don’t tell you what info their doing for? All the entry fields are blank.

It is a good thing that you don’t need this app to use the Aura version of the scanner. It might be an adventure to even register this app so you can use it. The authentication code might be hiding in your junk email; you have 60 seconds (countdown) to find it. The only added functionality for Aura is a notebook with no explanation for its usefulness. Probably don’t need this app for the Aura model.

I don’t know whether or not I like this as I can’t even register to get onto the app! Highly frustrating, complete waste of $ unless it magically decides to work!!

hi, please help. 1. is there no Czur settings? cannot turn off loud sounds in app 2. app does not adjust lamp thanks update 2019-05-06 app finally works to adjust light but i cannot find any Czur Settings in app or in iOS Settings, where can one adjust Czur settings, esp. the very loud light adjustment sounds from app? thank you
