Too many consumers on here expecting his to magically work with low-to-no effort on their part lol go get some wyze cameras and call it a day.

D-ViewCam Mobile uses your 3G or WiFi Internet connection to remotely connect to your D-ViewCam server or D-Link NVR, giving you instant access to all your cameras’ live video feeds and recordings on your iPhone. View up to six cameras’ live video at the same time with grid view, or view previously recorded footage by selecting a camera, date, and time. Now you can keep a close eye on what’s happening, even when you’re off-site.

WORST APP EVERER!!!!!!!
Keep getting a network server error after entering the correct IP address . This security system is the worst! They aren’t listening to our cries! Back to the store you go trash camera and App!! -5 stars from me.

iOS update Please
Great app and tool I’ve been using for almost 4 years. When can we expect an update for the latest iOS? Currently it crashes on iOS 11.0.
Weak
Configuration of the camera is more like a test of your obscure networking knowledge. It can't find your camera for you. It has no idea what settings to use for connecting. Do you know the network streaming and playback network ports for your camera (which, by the way, here is called a 'server')? Guess and enter something wrong? Fail dialog with no help. The built n manual covers on the basic steps. No reference information on settings. No troubleshooting.
no longer working
App no longer works after 1.8.0 update. Previous versions up to 1.6.1 worked great. Update: According to the D-Link the app has been updated to 1.8.1.2 and it supports DCS-100 (D-ViewCam) however the same error occurs. I hope the Developers read this because whatever you did in 1.6.1 worked great, so go back to the drawing board.
Does not work over Internet
This app works only within the same network as the D-ViewCam application and server. You cannot access the live camera server nor the playback server from outside your personal network. Pretty much worthless for remote surveillance cameras.
No Longer Supported By D-Link...
New update still will not work with DCS-6620 and 6620G. Will not play under live view. Playback will work only with DCS-6620 and will not playback with DCS-6620G footage. Server is on current version 3.20. Always gets bandwidth insufficient errors.
Doesn't work
F ck n update zero star
No longer works.
Since the latest update the app no longer works despite having the correct device pack installed on the server. The server log files show a log on, then immediate log off while the app simply states that it couldn't connect to the server. Customer support has been no help.
