The user experience on this app is diabolical. It is impossible to find anything. Organisation is poor. Email notifications with links to app content don’t work. Wish schools didn’t use it.

The app is very good and it is very easy to use it

The app was once much more user friendly but has become a real pain more recently (approx last 2 years), and I experience endless problems. Perhaps it’s just gotten too big. The filtering and customising is not as slick as the apps early days. Also have to endlessly do updates and contact support. They really need to work on this.

Very useful I have never experienced any issues with it

The app helps alot with my hockey and also helps to keep track of when i play a math

Repeatedly, the school asks for parents to complete participation forms (whether kids can take part in a particular event). Repeatedly, those submissions are not captured by the app. It’s ineffective and a very frustrating error for both teachers & parents.

I really appreciate the amazing work that our learners are receiving from your staff. It would be good to have more than one security guard on duty in the mornings and afternoons when the kids arrive and leave. It is utter chaos at school. Thank you.
