Poor geo location/incorrect eircode generation
The app generated an additional post code after payment, this was despite me manually inputting the correct eircode. Flip dish (app developer) was contacted to report issue, there was minimal effort but flip dish personal (Andy) conduct on the phone was very passive aggressive and highly unprofessional. Failed to accept that there was an issue with their app, despite then saying there was a glitch with the app shortly after that. Correct the profile for the next order but was rude while doing so.
