Great app
It’s a great app and easy to use.
Sodexo/Pluxee Payment Mode
The app doesn’t have sodexo/pluxee payment mode on iOS. Even after requesting the support team to ask their tech team to add the payment mode, but still no luck. Hoping to see sodexo/pluxee payment mode in iPhone.
The customer service is hopeless, and there payment methods doesn’t seem secured
I had to explain the following atleast 3-4 times in 24 hrs, and still the customer service team failed to understand simple messages, which shows how considerate they are for there customer. The touch display doesn’t work, and please don’t even try the app Last message on 9th June 2024: I think you guys have some understanding problem. You don’t read the messages above. 1. I have Rs 10/- in my Daalchini wallet, but your app is NOT ALLOWING ME TO PLACE ANY ORDER. 2. You recommend me that you will refund the amount in the same payment mode, but that also didn’t happened. I even provided transaction proof 3. Your app already have 2 star rating, and based on this interaction I would love to provide 1 star rating on the app store. A negative feedback which you bought for Rs 10/-. Will also recommend my friends and family to provide the same
Removed catalogue without login
Previously, the catalogue was visible without logging in. But the app was updated and now it asks to login at the beginning. Uninstalled.
Screen freeze
App’s not working, stuck on otp screen
No automatic refund provided
Completely bad customer experience. Amount for cancelled orders are never refunded automatically. Multiple follow ups required. Almost after a month, I still didn’t get my refund for back to back cancelled orders. The order was also cancelled because of a poor QR code payment process on the vending machine.
Worst experience
Most of the times the display is out of service. The app does not even accept the OTP and remains on the same screen. Don’t understand how do they operate when even basic functionality is not working.
Worst vending process
Whenever we order from app or directly from vending machine nothing happens after payment
Bad company
Bad company and bad management they still haven’t refunded my money give me back my money
