They leave closed stores open at night on the app, so you place an order just so they take your money. They also don’t refund also. Refunds don’t go back to you. It goes back to themselves.

Placed an order with you guys which payment went through with a confirmation email only for the rider to deliver the order after 2hours after the food had gone COLD. Mtchewwwwwwwww....

I was really impressed about how efficient they are, quite fast, responsive and the fact that they have other options aside just food order makes it even great. I hope they sustain the tempo and they keep growing.
