This feedback applies to all apps by Developer. No question I enjoy using the apps and have, for years. One issue: after a while there is no variety in the exercises, even when used in different order on the Custom setting. Please add more exercises. Also, for the 8-10 min workouts, I would like to be able to add a couple more 30 sec exercises than doing the same exercises 45secs or 1 minute.

Love this app! Many different exercises that you can customize to your level of workout.

Very useful

Good home workout, in a pinch. Just wish they could switch up the routines. Gets a bit boring and predictable.

App has three different workouts with the option of doing each workout set for a total time of 5", 8" or 10". The exercises in each set increase from 30", 34", then 60" per exercise as the total time is increased. Excellent utilization of time and at $0.99 can't be beat.

Easy to follow workout that challenges you at your level that can be performed anywhere.

Times when I can't get to the gym this is perfect!!
