The app did not launch on the iPhone 15 pro.
I can’t open the app
During all the day after I have bought 1 year subscription I can’t open the app, it’s loading 1-2 minutes and then error. Help me please with it

Скачала приложение, во-первых выбивало ошибку и просило перезагрузить; ничего не менялось и даже заново скачала (одно и тоже, продолжалось это минут 10 где-то), во-вторых спустя 5 минут соизволило перейти с чёрного экрана на белый(похоже какой-то из фонов приложения, ведь были еще доп. цвета), но ничего больше не грузит. Прошу дать совет как ускорить загрузку приложения без выбивания ошибки либо профиксите эту проблему.
Ничего не работает, ни приложение ни кнопки поддержки!
Купила приложение на год после пробного периода. На пробном периоде все работало. После покупки сначала не могла зарегистрироваться ( все вписываю, нажимаю «ок» приложение обрабатывает, ничего не сохраняет и снова выкидывает на страницу регистрации ). После 4-5 попыток неудачной регистрации не пускает в приложение. Черный фон и надпись, что необходимо перезагрузить приложение. Никакие кнопки поддержки и чаты НЕ РАБОТАЮТ - кнопки не активные!! Я пишу этот отзыв второй раз в надежде что со мной кто-то свяжеться но уже месяц тишина!!! С таким сервисом желания нет больше иметь дело! Я тогда отказываюсь от подписки возвращайте мне деньги!!! После покупки приложения я даже 1 дня не смогла воспользоваться ним!!!!!!!!!!!
