Daily Spoons

I like this app bc it’s very simplistic and easy to use. However I think the way spoon sources work could be improved. Instead of just crossing the source out, it should convert the source into an additional spoon available. Otherwise I’m very happy with the app.

I love this app! Could you explain what the Spoon Source vs. Spoon Sink means? And possibly add it so that it resets with the spoons I have leftover for the next day?

The simplicity is perfect…. Only wish is for the option to Add Spoons. [ For example a nap or meditation]. Otherwise spot on.

So awesome for people who struggle with anxiety or agoraphobia!!!!
