Daily Strength is a gym workout planner and tracker that makes it easy for you to log and track your weight lifting workouts. Create your own gym workout plans and routines by selecting from an extensive list of exercises such as bench press, barbell squat, deadlift, and a variety of dumbbell, barbell and olympic exercises. The workout tracker also contains built in gym workout plans that you can easily get started on. Some workout schedules included are Stronglifts, 5x5, Madcow, Push Pull Legs (PPL), Starting Strength and much more. Training with weights has never been easier.
When you create your gym workout plans and log your weight lifting workouts, the workout planner will help you visualize your progress. You can view one rep max charts of the major compound exercises like bench press, barbell squat, and deadlift.

Best app ever, here's simple feedback to make it better

Please, add “End training button” to the latest exercise of training, so it won't be needed to press arrow “Back” to jump to training page, where the “End training” button is only located. Try to allow to merge exercises to superset on the fly. Right now its need to remove both exercises and create new one with superset option turned on.

Блин, классное приложение. Пользовалась им на андроиде и была счастлива. Тут нет русского языка и это очень не удобно, и соотвественно придётся искать другое приложение

Сбрасывает прогресс активной тренировки, пока переключаешься между приложениями На андроиде такого не было ( Останавливает текущую тренировку если хочешь посмотреть результаты других предыдущих

This app has been a staple guide for my everyday workout routines. It’s very flexible and has all the tools you need. I’ve been using it for over 5 years now and highly recommend it.

Pie chart

In the “body” window it shows a colored pie chart with different colors for each body part. As you log your exercises the chart shows the body parts worked by the size of the “pie slice”. Practically all my resistance training exercises are super sets between the agonist and antagonists muscle pairs-push/pull. So, all the exercises I do for that workout should be equal in % worked. However, the ratios between the muscle groups are not at all equal, ex-bench press (push) and back row (pull) are worked equally in pairs but the chart shows a huge slice for chest and a very small slice for back, when they should be equal. I can not figure out a way to correct this.
