Verschlimmbessert seit Update
Nach dem Update läuft die App sehr instabil. Jeder Zug dauert ewig, die App reagiert kaum auf Berührung. Macht keinen Spaß mehr. Vorher hat es mir sehr viel besser gefallen

Wunderbare App für DailyGammon
Wenn man längere Backgammon-Matches mit anderen Menschen spielen will, aber nicht ein paar Stunden am Stück Zeit hat, ist DailyGammon der Site der Wahl. Analog zu Fernschach kann man ein paar Züge am Tag machen; da passt die Zeit immer. DailyGammons Web-UI ist aber recht altbacken, da ist es super, das es diese wunderbare App gibt. Vor allem gefällt mir, dass die App die Spieler-Farben “umbiegt” wenn nötig. Auf DailyGammon spielt man erst ne Partie als Schwarz, die nächste als Weiß, das nervt. In der App kann man einstellen “ich immer schwarz”. Super. Update: nach gutem Kontakt mit dem Entwickler glaube ich, meine Kritik am Batterieverbrauch war unberechtigt. Der dauernde “Loading” Kreis, wenn keine Partie offen ist, hat mich da irritiert. Darum jetzt *****. Danke.
Aktuell beste Backgammonsite
Momentan spiele ich parallel genügen 13 Spieler. Und ein vernünftiger Elo wird auch berechnet. Macht echt Spaß!

Play real people from all over the world. I like having about 15 games at once, but can do more. Version 2 brings many useful improvements. Tracking messages by player is very nice. Also ability to play portrait or landscape.
There is no clear path to playing an actual game of backgammon. Poor interface.
I’ve had this app for a couple of days and still don’t know how I can play an actual game of backgammon. Every time I open the app it says that there’s nothing that I can join at this time. I’m sure there’s some people enjoying this, but it would be nice if there was a clear instruction on how to play backgammon with another person using the app

Absolutely, the Best App for my iPhone
Now, playing DG is never dull or boring. I am loving all the options available to sort my games; for example, to be able to play all my “zippy” games, then all my timed tournaments in any order, based on however I decide to sort, such as least amount of Grace Time remaining. Love this APP, and recommend it to all.
