La plataforma me cobro la suscripción anual cuando previamente me habían rechazado el medio de pago Online. Quise reclamar este cobro ya que no utilice ni voy a utilizarla pero no hay manera de comunicarse con alguien para resolver el problema. Me han cobrado el servicio y ni siquiera recibí un email o notificación con una confirmación de compra. Por lo tanto tampoco me enteré de la misma. El chat del sitio web fue completamente ignorado por parte de Daisie, por lo tanto no hay a quién reclamar un problema generado por el mal funcionamiento de la plataforma. El sitio web cuenta con un muy mal desarrollo ya que tampoco fue posible encontrar los términos y condiciones del servicio. Estoy muy disconforme con todo el servicio que ofrecen. No lo recomiendo en absoluto

The first time I used Daisie it worked perfectly. Now I’m having a lot of issues attending a class: Before I couldn’t reserve my spot by clicking on “attend” and after solving this (logging out and in multiple times) it’s telling me “this session couldn’t be found” after clicking the button Join on Zoom. I wrote to the help center and nobody answered. Very disappointed

can you translate the app into other languages?

Sadly I can’t open anything because of bugs :( love the idea, but bugs should be fixed!
