So many great workouts to get you grooving, your body fit, and make you feel SO energized. Dance is the BEST exercise and this app does NOT disappoint. Beginner or experienced there is something for everyone

I am a professional dancer who chose to “retire” from performance after 2020 and now work in a different industry. I keep my passion for dance alive through dancing and teaching for fun - I LOVE this app!!!! So many classes, even the Level 1’s are an amazing workout and it brings me such joy. The joy that motivated me to work within the industry from the start!! Also I have never trained in ballroom but I’m so thrilled I have the chance to do so recreationally from the comfort of my living room now. Could not be more enthused about this resource. Thank you!!!!

What a challenging and wonderful program , with these teachers. They feel like an extended family and make us stronger. Keep it going and maybe this year, have a category on one specific dance step, in order to improve our process. Here’s to health and love, dream it, live it …

I think there needs to be live options so we can feel like we are working out with you. Also, add a weekly schedule

Love the friendly vibe that all Dance & Co instructors give out! I enjoy Jenna, Val, Peta and Maks the most. Loved seeing Kiki again. Love the humor and easy to follow directions. I am branching out to the fitness videos! Also the professional interviews are a huge plus! Can’t wait for the “new show” to be posted! 💃🕺🏻💃🕺🏻Also will love when Val and Jenna can teach together again on this platform after DWTS! Love their “banter” and love their different dance interpretations! The new teachers added recently, I have not watched yet but will soon. Thank you for not making this a DWTS Pros repeat. Keep it fresh! Great platform; glad I joined in the very beginning! If Alex is editing and filming... great job! The shorts are alot of fun...bloopers!

I just love working out and learning to dance with the folks over at Dance & Co! I laugh, I sweat, I learn AND I’m having sooooo much fun!! I’m always surprised when it’s over bc it hardly feels like work! FIVE STARS x infinity!!! They have something for everyone! I love the diversity.
