Jessica Bass started Dance Fitness with Jessica in Knoxville, Tennessee at just 24 years old. As a mother of three beautiful children, she was tired of boring workout routines and as a busy mom, she needed a fitness program that fit into her hectic schedule. Jessica’s passion for music and dance inspired her to become a certified fitness instructor.
Her first fitness class of three people quickly grew to over 700,000 virtual fans and followers from her online community. In addition to her membership live streaming Jessica’s Dance Fitness with Jessica now features multiple workout DVD’s, fitness eBooks, and apparel.

Dance Fitness with Jessica will help you get your desired results by its aerobic dancing mixed with fitness. This will help you burn the most calories while toning your body at the same time. $30/month or $300/ year (don’t let the one cent off those totals fool you). The cost of this app is not unsubstantial, but there was no price showing next to the app (unlike other apps I’ve seen). I had to download the app to find out the cost. One free week is not a free app.

Jessica and her husband Dre are AMAZING HUMANS!!! I’ve been working out w/ Jess from the beginning when I first saw her Dark Horse video on YouTube! Ever since I have been hooked on her workouts. Have seen her on tour 3 times and she is the genuine awesome person you see online. Her workouts are always fun and never boring. The livestream experience is my Faaaavvvv!!! It is worth every penny!!! Get the app!!! and get livestream because, real talk if you don’t have it you’re missing out!!!💯💯

Who knew cardio and building muscle could be so fun? I highly recommend this app if you like to dance or had a previous dance life. ;)
The best workout!
Jessica and the other instructors make it so easy and fun to workout! They let you know they are humans too by forgetting a move or two (or the whole song) lol or struggling with you. I have used this workout platform routinely for the last few years and will never use anything else! From dance, to training, HIIT all your workout needs are covered!!!
