Dario Mind (Twill)

This app with so much well written organized materials that aids with every day challenges that we all goes through at some phrase in our life is a must to do for a stable balance individual.

The coaching provided by YourCoach in the Twill app is not helpful. All the coaches seem to be brand new and it shows. I’ve switched to AI coaching with other apps because at least AI responds to what I say, instead of the human coaches cherry picking what they want to deal with and ignoring what they don’t care for. This service proved that AI will be where I go for support because the humans are obviously not interested in helping in ways I find useful. I wasted too much time in this app trying to find a coach that worked for me.

Only three days into the app and already thinking differently and I’ve meditated for decades but this has me seeing my practice from a different point.. one question, can I go back and review lesson/exercises?

For a little background, I have been having so much go wrong in life that I have been finding it extremely difficult to feel happy. Like, just enjoying myself has been difficult. Upon first doing a few of the activities in Twill, I feel so much better, happier. We'll see if it potentially can long-term improve my mental health and reverse the decline caused by my life in general. I have confidence it will.

I created an account via web portal, but when I attempt to login on mobile, the system says my account/password don’t match. The app is unusable as a result.

I created an account a couple of months ago via access provided through my employer and I’ve never been able to log in. Every time I input my password it says network error. I’ve tried resetting my password. I’ve tried giving it time to resolve. I’ve tried emailing but they told me to take screenshots of what happens. Nothing happens. It literally just doesn’t let me log in after I put in my password and says network error below the password field.

My post-activity write-ups were made public despite having all privacy settings activated. I have reached out to customer service with no explanation or resolution thus far.

Such a great app that makes a huge difference. I use it every day!
