Profit over people? Warm cider = small gain. Unhappy customers = big loss. Worth it?
Hey, just wanted to point something out — why is Thatchers Orange Cider never kept in the fridge? I’ve asked a few times and the answer is always “because it doesn’t make a profit.” That’s frustrating. We’re the ones buying it — we want it cold. Is customer satisfaction worth nothing? Feels like it’s time to call this out publicly. Might even send it to Malta News or post on all socials. People deserve to know. Very very silly !!!! Ni Agee that all with that policy
