Every time I’d try and turn my LEDs off and turn them back on after I got back home, I’d have to add new device. And it got to a certain point where now it cannot function properly and it broke the app, only using the remonte now, though INCREDIBLY annoying how I can’t dim the lights to 3% anymore and back up to 23% now. I’ve tried fixing it by changing gmails and emails but nothing works. 0/10 do not recommend.

Well, I'm kind of dissapointed. I finally got some LED lights and I tried to sign up on the app but the app refuses to send me a verification email. Not cool

I set up the lights and the work fine for the most part but when i got the app i cant even make an account. I put my email in and waited for a verification code and never got one. i triple checked if i put the correct email and then kept refreshing and waiting for the code but it never came. So i cant even use the app!

this app used to be good until randomly it stopped working and now the led lights no longer work. Also, the lights came with a remote that does not work so now i’m forced to get new lights.

Ive seen a lot of other reviews about this product not working. For me i tried it and it worked perfectly. The app was great it has a lot of options. The controller worked great too. The lights also look perfect. the only down side was that the app was a tiny bit confusing but 5 stars for me

Tacking App

The app works but one day the led lights started flickering and some of them were different colors to the rest.

Everything was fine and was working perfectly when I first got these LED lights and connected it on my phone. However, after some time I wasn't able to connect the LED lights to my phone anymore for some reason. I deleted it and rescanned the QR code on the back of the power supply but when it took me to the app, it said "Failed to obtain authorization." So now I have to use the remote only which is not that bad but can be a hassle sometimes, especially when I'm so used to using my phone to do so. Please fix this ASAP! Or if someone knows a way to fix this LMK!

I was thrilled when I saw the app. The 2 controls that caught my eye were the music and the timer. FOR SOME DUMB REASON THE ONLY CONTROLS THAT CAUSED ME TO GET THEAPP DO NOT WORK!?!? Besides that they worked great and I would recommend using the controller over the app. The led strips were a pain in the butt to put on. This rating was very gracious I think. I am not trying to lead anyone astray this worked great.
