Trying to login many times in different dates but there is no response even using correct password. Have to use website login instead
Never allows me to login, won’t let me to reset password even though I’m typing in the correct password. So frustrating not being able to see my paystubs.
The app used to be amazing now it’s been updated to some sort of computer website version. Whatever you’re viewing is glitchy and moves left and right, zooming In is useless on a phone.
Update from an actual app to a webpage port is horrible. No Touch ID compatibility, clunky, not designed for smaller screens.
Since the recent update the username and password doesn’t save. The app glitched and I got locked out saying I am already logged in. The text to select paystub to view is so small. Extremely hard to read.
HORRIBLE. At first I was able to log in but it’s frustrating how many times I clicked “remember me” and the next time I entered the app, Ig would get asked for my user and pw again. I ALREADY CLICKED REMEMBER ME so what’s the point? Now, I enter my username and password but it doesn’t let me log in. The “log in” icon is greyed out and I can’t click it.
Can’t print from the app., from your handheld device. Very frustrating.
when downloading the app, the icon does not appear on the home screen and requires the user to hold down the app icon and add to Home Screen manually. You may want to correct this. Also the name of the app on the home screen once installed does not relate to dayforce or powerpay —title is Selfservice UI. This may be an opportunity to clear up.
Buggy web view. Just use Safari instead for a less awful experience.
Forgets your password over over again. Reset password, says it’s been updated. Use new password, not recognized. Useless garbage trash app
